Welcome to the Cle Elum Community Garden!  If you love to grow your own vegetables and flowers but don’t have a good place to do it, this is where you need to be!  The Community Garden is a cooperative agreement between the City of Cle Elum and the Upper Kittitas County Rotary Club.  The City provides the land and water, and UKC Rotary provides overall management and maintenance of the facilities.  The Garden is surrounded by fencing to keep wildlife out, and contains 41 raised beds, each approximately 3 feet X 12 feet in size.

Beds are $30 per year for the first bed, and $15 per bed thereafter.  There is a place for garden refuse. All you need to bring are your seeds and tools!  This is an organic garden. No artificial fertilizers or pesticides are to be used.

If interested, please click and download the Letter of Intent and Use Agreement form found on this page, and send it with your remittance to the address found on the form.

"One woman had never before eaten a fresh tomato. I was at the Garden one day when another woman visited her bed to pick fresh lettuce and other vegetables for a salad she was serving her guests for dinner. She was so happy and proud to share her fresh vegetables with her guests."
